Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute the annual marketing plan. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge. Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all communications. Monitor and analyse campaign results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Work closely with the Product Manager and design teams to ensure new products meet brand standards and customer needs. Research and develop initiatives aligned with market trends and brand objectives. Conduct product positioning and competitive analysis to enhance our unique market position. Collaborate with the in-house design team on visuals, copy, and multimedia content. Develop and enforce guidelines for consistent branding across internal and external communications. What We’re Looking For Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience in a Brand Marketing role. Proven success in revitalising brands and launching products. Leadership experience (preferred but not essential). B2C and B2B marketing expertise (preferred).
