As the Administrator you will have a varied role, involving but not limited to: First point of contact via phone for clients, staff and referrers and partner agencies Start the process for all telephone, email and website referrals Carry out some reception duties when onsite Input data and information onto the case management system, maintaining accurate up to date records Plan and produce presentations / materials for team meetings / training Process incoming and outgoing mail Take and distribute minutes of meetings as required This post is subject to a DBS check.
