Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure sales opportunities within Dematic’s Customer Service core competency within the UK and ROI Market.
* PO and FO contracts renewals.
* Recommended Spares Packages.
* MU projects opportunities.
* Support BS sales managers on new customer PO and FO contracts enquiries.
* Training courses.
* Own the opportunity from lead identification through proposal submission and final negotiation with the client.
* Ensure that all proposals are developed and submitted in line with the Dematic NE Business Winning process.
* Support MU proposal team and PO/FO team with their leads in advisory and/or subject matter expert capacities.
* Build targeted pipeline of opportunities aligned to CS business strategy.
* Establish contact with existing and new customers to build long-term relationships.
* Implement a successful win/bid strategy for each project opportunity.
* Maintain and develop existing customer base, ensuring regular stakeholder engagement, maximizing future opportunities.
* Maintain/improve win rate target.
* Submit win/loss analysis for every opportunity.
* Fully utilize the company’s CRM tool in line with best practices.
* Collaborative approach involving close interaction with the BS sales managers and marketing teams.
