Our practice serves a patient list supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Youll work alongside a prescribing nurse practitioner, minor illness nurses, an older adult's nurse, and our dedicated practice nurse team, with additional support from skilled managerial, dispensing, reception, and administrative staff. As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilizing your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management. Key ResponsibilitiesIn addition to providing routine nursing care, your main duties will include: Routine immunisation schedules Cervical screening Contraception reviews and family planning Travel vaccinations Chronic disease management Dementia reviews Cancer care reviews Health promotion and disease management Candidates must have experience in these areas to be considered.
