As the Social Media Manager, you'll grow and engage communities in beauty, health, and wellness. If you're a pro at crafting strategies, building loyal followings, and creating impactful content for eCommerce, this role is for you! This is a 12-month FTC mat cover.
The Role:
Lead the social media team and oversee the execution of the social media strategy.
Ideate and develop engaging content, with a strong understanding of audience behaviours across various platforms.
Identify emerging trends and capitalise on them to stay ahead of the curve.
Oversee community management across all social channels, fostering engagement and conversations.
Manage relationships with influencers, and celebrity brand ambassadors, developing social strategies for their social content.
Manage 3 social media specialists.
The Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing audiences across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.).
Ideally experience in the Wellness, Healthcare, Personal Care, or Beauty sector
