The role As Assistant Shop Manager of Scope's Fleet shop you will beabletouse your creativity and flairto flourish in our retailenvironment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day isdifferentOne day you might be generating and processing stock anddesigning an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruitingand training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a differentchallenge that youll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running theshop when the shop manager is absent. We are looking for a great can doattitude and a willingness to learn. About you To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience in a retail or customer service environment. Be passionate about retail Be a dedicated team player and have the ability to motivate and lead the shop team and volunteers. Have a strong customer focus. Have solid IT skills. Shop hours Its important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops areopen every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full timehours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours forpart-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.
