Opportunity for an experienced crewing professional to join a leading energy service business on a permanent basis. In this fast-paced role, you will manage a fleet of offshore vessels, ensuring seamless crew planning and logistics while maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations – all while optimising operational efficiency.
Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
* Planning and executing crew changes efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Ensuring compliance with STCW, MLC, and international standards.
* Monitoring training and competency requirements for offshore personnel.
* Managing crew performance, succession planning, and development.
* Overseeing payroll accuracy and crew-related costs.
* Supporting audits, onboardings and emergency response when required.
