About the Role:
The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their outstanding faculty. This full-time position starts on 22nd April 2025 and is an exciting opportunity to teach KS3 and KS4 in a dynamic and supportive environment where students consistently achieve excellent results. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to developing numeracy skills across all year groups.

What we require from you
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* Strong subject knowledge of the national curriculum for Maths.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assess and track student progress, providing effective feedback.
* Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Maths examinations.
* Encourage a love of problem-solving and logical thinking.
* Set and mark homework following school policies.
* Attend departmental and whole-school meetings.
* Contribute to extra-curricular maths activities and clubs.
* Work closely with pastoral staff to support student well being.
* Encourage the use of technology in teaching and learning.
