The Closer2Home Team is an intensive home treatment service that supports young people and families in the community as an alternative to an inpatient admission.
The service operates across Dorset to deliver a clinical model of evidence-based intensive home treatment as a safe and effective alternative to hospital admission for young people with mental health and eating disorder difficulties.
We are looking for a part time (22.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday Team Administrator who will be able to ensure a confidential, efficient and comprehensive administrative service is provided to the Closer2Home clients and staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills, including the ability to manage calls from young people, and their families who may be experiencing high levels of distress. You will provide a high level of customer care, to join a highly motivated and committed team.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working. You will have good customer care communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, the ability to cope with complex tasks using a database which requires input and questioning of client information and previous experience of working in a busy office environment. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous and be able to work well as part of a team.
You will demonstrate good initiative in completing tasks such as organising meetings for the team, managing orders and petty cash.
You will offer support to the CPA coordinator in their role.
