What the Job Involves Provide safe support and person-centered care tailored to adults 'at risk' based on their support plan. Ensure delivery of care that meets CQC fundamental standards, including personal care tasks. Monitor service users' progress, noting behavioral changes and emotional demands to managers. Contribute to planning activities and risk assessments, while maintaining accurate records and reports. Administer and record medication, following council policies and using appropriate equipment. Communicate professionally with service users, families, and care professionals, respecting information security protocols.
