Main Responsibilities
* Track project progress and financial data.
* Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders.
* Assist with resource management and tender preparation.
* Ensure project documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
* Conduct supplier compliance checks and maintain approved lists.
* Support security checks, contractor coordination, and access management (regional travel required).
* Organise and minute meetings across the Scotland & Northern Ireland Region.
* Prepare Purchase Orders and manage invoicing.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes.
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong financial and operational tracking skills.
* Administrative or project support experience.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Experience in project management and customer communication.
* Knowledge of CDM and workload scheduling.
* Working towards a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HNC/APM) or equivalent.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
