Job Description & Responsibilities Reporting to the Travel Manager, you will play a key role in managing the travel arrangements for EPI's Operations team consisting of employees and associate consultants. This includes coordinating visas, flights, and accommodation for international projects through our UK-based travel agent. EPI is a fast-paced organization, with an average of 200 consultants deployed each month globally on both onshore and offshore projects. The successful candidate must be capable of handling multiple travel arrangements simultaneously, liaising with clients (for travel approval), our UK-based travel agent, and consultants. The Candidate The successful candidate will have a strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The ability to work both independently and/or collaboratively in a hybrid working environment as part of a fast passed dynamic team. Ideally the successful candidate will live within easy commuting distance of EPI HQ in Fleet, Hampshire. The position is full-time working 5 days per week, three remote and two days (Tuesday and Thursday) at the Fleet office. However, flexibility on working times can be negotiated by the successful applicant. All IT equipment required to work from home will be supplied. EPI will provide on the job training in the business specific software but the candidate will be expected to be proficient with MS Office. Responsibilities Coordinate visas, flights, and accommodation for consultants on international assignments. Work closely with our global travel agent, clients, and consultants to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Manage and prioritize multiple travel plans in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working Conditions Fulltime position five days per week Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory office days with the option of working Monday, Wednesday and Friday remotely. EPI has a generous vacation allowance which commences with 25 paid vacation days, excluding public holidays. In addition there are two paid volunteering days per year and a paid holiday for your birthday. EPI will provide you with a laptop, screens and VOIP phone for working from home. EPI operate a company pension scheme and contribute the equivalent of 6% of your salary. EPI provide a MediCash health care provision for all employees, and you will be covered at Level 3.
