The Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing safeguarding, welfare, and attendance procedures to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and implement safeguarding policies and procedures to protect students from harm.
* To work closely with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to promote good attendance and reduce exclusions.
* To provide pastoral support to students and families, addressing their individual needs and concerns.
* To collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
* To maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and attendance.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, based on the job title, location, and industry standards.
