This role is within the UK/IRE marketing team at Johnson & Johnson Vision UK/IRE, a small but dynamic team. You will be one of a number of marketers working on the ACUVUE brand (contact lenses), and will report into the Group Brand Manager PORTFOLIO. Collectively the marketing team works across both professional and consumer marketing, to both drive eye care professional advocacy, and consumer demand, for the brand. As Brand Manager for the ACUVUE portfolio you'll have day-to-day responsibility for the product portfolio including both strategic and executional aspects. This is a critical and high profile role in the business and requires someone who thrives on owning, shaping and driving the business, and who has an appetite to win in the market. The marketing team works closely with Professional Affairs, Key Accounts, and the Salesforce management team in the UK/IRE business. A strong customer (retailer) focus is a crucial part of how we do business and youll also be part of a cross functional team specific to a leading UK customer in order to drive excellence in customer activation. The role also involves working closely with the EMEA marketing team on a UK lead market basis.,
* Supporting the Group Brand Manager with overall portfolio strategy
* Health of business/product performance analysis - monitoring of (sales, share, wearers. Analysis, insights and implications)
* Source of growth/volume - identifying/defining
* Competitor focus - monitor activity & derive insight
* Execution strategy through salesforce and other key professional-facing channels
Excellence in execution and delivery of compelling Acuvue experience
* Product lifecycle management (discontinuations, migration, NPD planning & launch)
* Sales force execution - selling decks, printed and other assets, national sales meeting training/briefing sessions
* Product specific comms & content through professional (and some consumer) touchpoints including print & digital media, conferences in liaison with comms team
* Creative/content leverage global with locally-led work where necessary
* Supporting demand planning
* Supporting pricing work
Unlock category growth by winning with our key account (KA) customers As marketing lead for a defined Customer Activation Team, drive contact lens category growth & maintain/grow Acuvue share within our key account customers by:
* leading marketing aspects of specific projects/initiatives
* building relationships with the relevant KA contacts (head office and store level)
* shaping consumer/shopper outreach specific to key account
Experienced brand/product manager with the confidence and experience to take the reins in this high priority role quickly.
* Marketing experience essential, specifically in brand or product management, and communications.
Preferred:
* Sales/commercial experience beneficial but not essential.

* Fluent in English
* Occasional (<10%) travel around the UK e.g., conferences, work-with days with sales reps. Occasional trips within EMEA (1 or 2 per year)
