Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Role:
1. Assisting customers with their service and repair needs
2. Advising on required maintenance and providing cost estimates
3. Coordinating with technicians and the service team to ensure a smooth process
4. Handling inquiries from potential customers
5. Managing daily administrative tasks efficiently
About You:
1. Excellent customer service skills (face-to-face and telephone-based)
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
3. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to manage your workload independently
4. A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
5. Previous experience in the motor trade or retail customer service is beneficial but not essential—we’re looking for the right attitude and a passion for customer service!
