Key Tasks
1. Provide personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting assistance to the Service Users and undertake manual handling duties as required.
2. Access and update confidential records using a computer. Maintain necessary records such as Service Users' care plans, and contribute to reviews of customers' needs as directed.
3. Work with the Activities Co-ordinator to encourage the Service Users to take part in organised activities and provide one-to-one support.
4. Undertake practical duties where necessary, including cleaning and laundry.
Night Health Care Assistant only
1. You will be expected to stay awake and not leave the building while on duty.
2. Carry out security checks to maintain the wellbeing and safety of the Service Users.
