eCommerce (D2C) solutions are one of the fastest-growing and most exciting routes to market for artists and record companies. The ability to connect with fans directly via multiple touchpoints has become the norm for music consumption, eCommerce is one of the key touchpoints between artist and fan.
As eCommerce Coordinator, you will be a key part of our global business, positioned within our European eCommerce team in the London office. You’ll be assisting store and operations managers with a wide variety of tasks and projects.
We’re looking for candidates with an appetite to learn all about music & merchandise eCommerce. You’ll need to be organised, quick to learn, and able to prioritise your workload while being completely comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A passion for music is a big plus.
Your role:
You’ll be part of the end-to-end eCommerce team, working with eCommerce team members and wider departments to set up and coordinate artist music and merchandise launches. Working with the team, you will be a vital part of all campaigns and promotions, giving the best possible purchase experience for fans worldwide while ensuring commercial success.
Here you’ll get to:
* Gather artist campaign information, validate, and deliver to key stakeholders within the UK company, associated departments & international partners.
* Support and work with the eCommerce Operations team to set up products, ensuring they are merchandised on stores appropriately.
* Assist with store campaign and promotion launches, troubleshooting and giving support if required.
* Report product sales and analytics back to store managers & the wider team, keeping associated trackers up to date.
* Work with our customer service team to ensure they have relevant information to answer queries effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Use Photoshop to create assets for use on our stores - including product images, bundle images, and banners.
* Collaborate with the WMX Audience team to drive traffic to the stores, highlighting priority campaigns and incremental revenue opportunities.
* Identify the latest store offers launched by other record labels and fashion retailers to help inform future strategy.

* Experience with product set up & eCommerce operational processes.
* Experience within an eCommerce company or service at any level.
* Working knowledge of Shopify eCommerce platform.
* Photoshop experience desirable.
* An active interest in music and the wider industry.
