We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at the 4-star Mercure Daventry Court Hotel & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dishes in a timely fashion and to the appropriate standard, ensuring excellent food hygiene practice, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent standards, and good organisational skills. They will be able to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends, and have a good command of the English language to enable communication with the kitchen team.

* Prepare dishes in a timely fashion and to the appropriate standard
