Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities to find an Events Assistant in the Plymouth area for a 3 - 6 months contract.
The PCC Events team is seeking an Events Assistant to support the Christmas Events and plan the delivery of the Event Programme for 2025. Responsibilities include managing the trader process, liaising with third-party bookings, handling multiple inboxes, and providing administrative and practical support to the team.
This team player should possess strong administration and communication skills, including comprehensive use of MS Office, and be capable of managing multiple tasks. This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to be in the office at Ballard House for a minimum of 2 days a week. Some weekend work may be required.
Experience Required:
1. Events experience, specifically with outdoor events.
2. Experience providing administrative support in an office environment.
3. Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
4. Experience working within a team.
