Job Costing Team Leader This is a good opportunity to join a growing company in their business services team. They offer a hybrid working environment, with 31 days holiday, working Monday - Friday 8:30am till 5.00pm. My client is looking for some to join the Business Services Department as the Job Costings Team Leader. This role will suit someone who is looking for a fast-paced role as the department is required to process a minimum of 200 jobs per day to ensure they don’t fall behind. Day-today role of the Job Costings Team Leader: You will play a vital role in ensuring that the team is meeting the requirements. As Team Leader you are expected to check the quality of the teams transactions and meeting the department monthly objectives. Ensure that each invoice is priced with the correct contracted rates. Manage a team of three individuals within the department. Set your team daily tasks and carry out daily audit checks of works carried out to minimise errors. Develop and maintain key relationships with Finance, Contract Managers, Head of Departments and other people in the business. Required skills and Qualifications for a Job Costings Team Leader: Strong knowledge of Excel and be PC literate. Knowledge of or experience with Tesseract, Compleat and / or Sage would be advantageous. Able to cope under pressure to manage high department work loads. Understanding the importance of meeting business critical deadlines.
