As the HR Shared Services Manager at Hill Group UK, your role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering efficient, effective and customer-orientated HR operations and services.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all employee lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity identifying process improvements and integrating technology solutions to improve our offering.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Lead an efficient and effective HR Service Delivery team that is knowledgeable, competent and motivated.
2. Develop and empower the team to take ownership of customers and objectives by advising, coaching, and upskilling constantly striving for improvement.
3. Drive the delivery of an exceptional HR Operations service provision which consistently delivers key transactional HR activities accurately.
4. Manage and oversee the administration of accurate monthly instructions to payroll, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
5. Manage the processes and documentation associated with onboarding, absence management, internal mobility, employee relations and off-boarding
6. Constantly review current HR processes and services sharing innovative solutions and identifying efficient and effective improvements. Support and lead improvement initiatives and internal project work.
