Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit a permanent, full time Commercial Property Secretary who will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Department.
Role:
Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Department.
Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and liaising with clients and third parties.
Handling Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, and Companies House filings.
Assisting with file management, document production, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Processing invoices, billing, and handling confidential client information with discretion.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience as a legal secretary in a commercial property department.
A strong understanding of commercial property transactions and associated documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (training will be provided on my clients particular case management system).
Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
