Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team, including diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
Prepare, review, and manage critical documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the executive team is well-prepared for all engagements.
Support in ad hoc projects, research, and reporting as required.Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
