Role Description
To assist and support the Head of Sales in the sale of events for Lettice by optimising profitability and growing the current business (including new contracts); ensuring and developing good client relationships and improving communications across the company. Complete planning procedure for the events you sell & assisting the wider sales team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications
* Communication skills
* Event Planning and Event Management skills
* Budgeting and Sales skills
* Experience in the hospitality or events industry
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of sustainability practices in events is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
