Our client is a Leading Construction & Civil Engineering Contractor who have been delivering successful projects over 30 years. They are known for undertaking large, complex and multi-disciplinary Programmes within Construction and Rail & Infrastructure. This role is for a Site Manager however my Client is also keen to hear from Works Managers and Senior General Foreman. Job Description: This is a unique opportunity arisen to work on a Rail Embankment project. Some of the main duties for this role include: - Be responsible for quality of works on site during construction process - Update weekly progress on site programme and site drawings and share with Project Manager - Plan, coordinate & motivate effective deployment of allocated personnel and resources in accordance with the Operations Manual - Accept, control and reconcile works materials and equipment necessary to achieve the contract works - Implement site safety documentation and contract plans to achieve, as a minimum, the client’s requirements and specification - Promote and implement site specific management plans to ensure site activities comply with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies - Provide guidance and practical advice to site personnel for the competent execution of the contract works
Requirements
-WPP, ITP and RAMS -Valid PTS, SMSTS and TWC -Operational duties on Site - Previously working on Rail Embankments/Sheet Piling projects
