Registered Nursing Associate – Neuro Rehabilitation Ward

Salary: from £28,527 - £31,697 pa dependant on experience + 9% Shift Allowance
We’re looking for Qualified Nursing Associates to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and the largest private hospital in the UK.
We’re the largest neurosciences unit in London, which means we can care for patients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions and provide advanced, specialised care.
As a Nursing Associate you will bridge the gap between healthcare support workers and registered nurses, to deliver hands-on, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a range of clinical duties such as monitoring, dressing wounds and communicate with patients about their condition.

What you’ll bring:
1. Nursing Associate NMC Registration Pin is a must
2. Completion of Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent
3. Significant years of hospital experience in a Qualified Nursing Associate role
4. Exposure to patients from either neuro, rehabilitation, medical or critical care settings
5. Ability to communicate with patients, relatives and health care providers
6. Knowledge of when to seek advice and refer to a registered care professional
7. Good interpersonal skills. Polite, friendly and courteous manner
8. Ability to work effectively as a team player under appropriate supervision, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
