Customer Support Advisor Our client, an award-winning membership body, is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team. The role is offered on either a full or part time basis (around 30 hours per week), with hybrid working and the opportunity for career progression. You will be working as part of a small team offering both pro-active and reactive advice and guidance to a global membership base. Key responsibilities include: Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email. Booking appointments and annual audits. Requesting both purchase orders and invoices and updating the database. Offering advice and guidance to customers. Monitor, investigate and resolve queries in a timely manner. Provide account management to sites around the UK and globally. Liaise and assist with visits from UK and International customers. Ensure that all customer information is up to date and accurate. You should have at least 1-2 years’ previous administration or customer service experience, have excellent communication skills and be keen to learn.
