The Role
* Develop and implement a robust sales growth strategy to position the UK as the flagship market for horticulture lighting solutions.

The Candidate
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or international market expansion, ideally within horticulture, technology, or related industries.
* Proven track record of spearheading growth in a lead market and implementing scalable strategies for expansion.
* Strong business development and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
