The Role: We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Department in Basildon, Essex. This role offers both part-time and full-time flexibility during the transition to our new Group Payroll software. Once the migration is successfully completed with a minimum of three live runs, the role will revert to a permanent part-time position. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees and weekly payroll for over 250 employees, from start to finish. Manage all aspects of statutory payments and deductions. Handle new starters, leavers, and P45 issuance. Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. Submit RTI information via FPS and liaise with HMRC on queries. Resolve payroll-related queries efficiently. Support the migration of new business onto the payroll system. Perform general payroll administration and assist the Finance team as needed. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong payroll processing experience. Familiarity with Miracle Pay payroll system (preferred but not essential). Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
