The post holder will autonomously manage individuals with a range of needs,some of which will be highly specialised & complex., using evidencebased/client cantered principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluateinterventions in the designated setting. The post holder will undertake a team leader role by planning, coordinating delivery andevaluating of the service in collaboration with service leader.
