Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our site. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
2. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
3. Perform general maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
4. Follow health and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
5. Operate basic machinery and tools as required, ensuring proper handling and usage.
6. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
7. Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
2. Familiarity with construction or industrial environments is advantageous.
3. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
4. Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks.
5. A valid driver's licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
