Applicants Must Be Able To demonstrate a strong commitment to the ideals and ethos of Catholic Education contribute as a member of a Professional Learning Team, planning and teaching in a collaborative environment focused on continual improvement teach effectively to the diverse range of learning needs enriching the learning for all students use data to inform teaching have the ability to inspire and encourage students with a love of learning demonstrate a commitment to and understanding of contemporary learning and teaching plan, teach, assess, and report to class teachers on the Physical Education and Sports program using the Victorian Curriculum as the main reference set a budget, monitor and purchase Physical Education equipment/resources coordinate and oversee the School Athletics and Footy Fun Day assist senior school class teachers with inter-school sports Coordinate school representatives for zone and regional swimming; cross-country; athletics attend appropriate professional development and share information with staff demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills with colleagues, parents, and students be committed to personal and professional growth have registration (or eligibility) with V.I.T preferably have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School.
