LI-Hybrid This is the job Join our dynamic Mobile App & Engagement product team at the AA, where we are dedicated to shaping, delivering, and managing innovative digital propositions for our 3.3 million breakdown customers. With a multi-year investment in our core mobile app, we are committed to driving engagement, deepening customer relationships, and enhancing self-service capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Propositions & Innovation Manager to lead our innovation and proposition development efforts. This role is central to our Chief Digital Office strategy, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and providing digital best practices for a market-leading customer experience. What will I be doing? Lead the creation and alignment of the Mobile & Engagement propositions roadmap with strategic vision and customer needs. Manage third-party partnerships from discovery through to ongoing relationship management. Assess and prioritise opportunities across the AA, including self-discovery and inbound initiatives. Use data and customer feedback to inform strategic direction and measure proposition performance. Act as the primary point of contact for the product area, ensuring effective communication and alignment between customers, business, and digital delivery teams. Inspire teams with innovative ideas, provide thought leadership, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. What do I need? Deep understanding of digital product and proposition management, particularly in app and web technologies, with proven experience in delivering change through strategy, ideation, development, delivery, and analysis phases. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority, challenge status quo, and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to interpret and report on data and digital performance trends. Intellectually curious with a passion for learning new skills and capabilities, and a strong understanding of customer needs, user-centric design, and UX sensitivity. Experience in business process management or service design, with the ability to balance technical capabilities with consumer and business needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in producing high-quality executive-level presentations, and knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics is highly desirable.
