Roaming Chef - South Coast - £38,000 We are looking for an experienced Chef to work across 12 sites across Dorset, Devon, Cornwall Somerset and Gloucestershire. The company operate leisure parks and golf clubs and they are looking for a Roaming Chef to be primarily based in their Dorset locations but you will also be required to work further afield. All expenses and accommodation is provided if you are working in the other locations instead of Dorset. This is a dual role where you will expected to cover other Head Chefs when needed but you will also have a development side to the role where you will support the Group Exec Chef with menu development and F&B strategy. Reporting to the Group Exec Chef and working 40 hours per week, 5/7 days, you will be roaming around the sites supporting each site with what is required. Experience in a senior role is desirable as well as cooking to company menus and working with high numbers.
