A premier MEP services provider is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee HVAC projects across the UK in sectors such as Retail, Residential, Leisure, and Commercial Offices, with a particular focus on projects in complex settings, including airports. The Role: As the Mechanical/HVAC Contract Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate the full project lifecycle, from design collaboration through to installation and aftercare, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Oversee project management tasks including budget adherence, scheduling, safety protocols, and quality standards, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction. Manage and support on-site teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive management. What We’re Looking For: Background in HVAC with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract or project management within a mechanical or ventilation-focused environment. Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or Black CSCS card. Electrical understanding or experience is advantageous for this role, given the integration of MEP systems in complex environments. Proven experience working in airport environments is highly desirable, given the technical and compliance-focused requirements of these projects.
