We are working closely with a fantastic mainstream primary school in the MK3 area of Milton Keynes who are seeking a reliable and experienced teacher to support their team on a part-time basis. This role will involve covering staff sickness and providing long-term cover when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons across the Primary curriculum as required.
2. Step into classes with confidence and create a calm and structured learning environment.
3. Build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike to ensure continuity and consistency.
4. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a focused learning space.
5. Adapt teaching strategies to suit the needs of different learners.
Key Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential).
2. Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools (TA roles or overseas teaching experience do not meet the criteria).
3. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
4. Flexible, proactive, and reliable attitude.
5. Ability to quickly build rapport with children and staff.
6. Availability for part-time, flexible work on an ongoing basis.
