We are looking for an organised individual to join a Bicester based company as an Administrator. Supporting the team you will be dealing with queries, providing updates to clients and liaising with suppliers. Hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Duties of the Administrator: Check automated emails on arrival and upload necessary documentation to the system. Respond to client requests to include giving updates on status. Add information provided by suppliers to the system. Manage internal and external queries via email. Keep information up to date as requested by suppliers. Issue reports to clients on a weekly/monthly basis. Deal with client processes, sending documentation to suppliers, cross referencing portals, adding information to client files. Take and answer enquiries by phone. Handle supplier emails relating to payment updates, refunds and fees etc. Additional ad hoc administrative duties. Personal Attributes: Must be able to confidently use Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience within administration and customer service. Manage high volumes of emails. Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Willing to learn new systems. You will be provided with full training on the bespoke system and online portals required within this position.
