Based in South West London, we are currently on a look out for a dynamic Operations & Customer Experience Lead to join our team. You will work closely with our founders, leading critical day-to-day operations, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the business to new heights. If you’re highly analytical, impact-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments – this is the role for you.
About The Role:
We are looking for our first Operations Lead. We are looking for someone who wants a seat at the table to drive an extremely fast growing British business forward and play a key role in the leadership team that helps them achieve their goal of being the number one Human Optimisation
* Inventory Management: Oversee demand planning, inventory management and stock control, ensuring optimal stock levels to support our growth
* Warehouse Management: Work with our warehouse team to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse, optimize space, oversee H&S and ensure accurate inventory data
* Domestic Shipping: Work with our warehouse team and domestic couriers to optimise customer shipping
* Inbound Shipping and Freight: Manage international shipping to get our products landed at optimum efficiency
* Customer Service: Oversee our Customer Service team and work with them to build an first class customer experience
* Manage Relationships with Manufacturers: Build strong relationships with our manufacturers, negotiate payment terms, delivery times, NPD
* International Expansion - Support international expansion
* Leadership and Vision: Have a seat at the leadership table alongside the founders and Head of Growth to develop the company strategy and collectively oversee the growth of the company
About YOU:

- You are a leader: You have held a leadership role and are keen to continue to progress your skills in leadership and are passionate about developing others
- Have worked in the D2C space before : We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce and has experience running or working as the number 2 in operations for a growing ecommerce brand
- You aren’t interested in average : We are trying to build a big business with a small and extremely focused team. This will be the ride of your life, building something incredibly fast growth and genuinely shaping the business but it will also be a demanding role. We wanted someone who is really excited by that possibility.
Interview Process:
Our aim is to keep the interview process as enjoyable and straightforward as possible, it will consist of the following stages:
1. Interview Round 1: Introductory chat with Lottie (CEO) - 30 min video call
2. Interview Round 2: Interview with Julian (Finance) - 30 min video call
3. Take Home Task: 2 hours
4. Final Round: Present back the task to Lottie and Joe (Founders) - 1h30 minute in person at MyoMaster office
