Health & Safety Manager - Lancing, Sussex & Blackfriars, London - Commercial, Residential & Cladding
Our client is a main contractor who specializes in Residential & Commercial new build developments as well as Cladding & Remediation works, and they are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join their team. They need someone who can travel to both Blackfriars and Lancing.
Important details for a Health & Safety Manager applying for this role:
1. Travel when needed to the London office.
2. NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
3. CSCS card.
4. First Aid certification.
Health & Safety Manager will be expected to:
1. Ensure health and safety, environmental and quality standards are met on-site.
2. Investigate accidents and write reports.
3. Identify potential hazards.
4. Complete risk assessments and site inspections.
5. Suggest improvements to working processes.
6. Ensure staff understand safety procedures.
7. Compile statistics for reports and presentations.
8. Monitor environmental impacts.
9. Develop and review safety policies and procedures.
10. Advise and train staff on best working practices.
