As a GTM Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing significant change across our Consumer Business. This role will coordinate the key Go To Market execution priorities, across the most complex and high impact marketing activity.
You’ll ensure we join-up the brilliant customer-facing plans across Consumer and that we show up to customers in an integrated and cohesive manner. You’ll also ensure that we continually optimise our GTM activities in-life, through the line, across channels and touchpoints, and by leaning into the Tribe structures to drive change.
What you’ll be doing
* Coordinates the Marketing GTM plan and customer facing roadmap (channels, brand, comms etc) for Consumer
* Interlock timelines across multiple business areas to ensure inputs are available at the right time
* Set quality gates and KPIs that define the success of the GTM activity and define the ongoing in-life optimisations
* Coordinate retrospectives on previous plans, and utilise customer insight to drive continuous improvement, collaborating with the Categories and Tribes
* Ensure GTM launches are fully integrated through the line and/or drive in-life improvements across channels and touchpoints
* Resolve risks, issues and dependencies by bringing together key individuals and driving alignment on approach
* Help to build appropriate governance, processes and ways of working across teams
* Ensure senior stakeholders are aligned with plans, including developing materials for review and walkthroughs
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
* Previous marketing, transformation/project management and/or CX experience ideal
* Experience in landing major change (cross functional & across multiple levels)
* A proven track record in delivering for customers
* Experience in managing governance/ways of working ideal
* Understanding of Brand and Campaign execution (and integration) preferable
* Deep understanding of channels, paid and owned media, and how these interlink
* Excellent planning and executional skills
* Great cross-functional collaborator
* Customer focused and commercially aware
* Clear communicator and able to influence across levels and functions
* Ability to translate the strategic goals and intent of each launch into easy to understand language
* Ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships with your stakeholders pan Consumer
* Demonstrable professionalism with a proven ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced matrixed business environment
* Able to deal with ambiguity, identify resources to implement and determine pragmatic solutions
