About You First of all, you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a software development team. Strong track record in enterprise application delivery and lifecycle management. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, SCRUM). Experience using ADO DevOps, Jira, or Monday.com for development planning. Ability to manage complex portfolios in a fast-moving environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in stakeholder management and communication.
