We're proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking, purpose-driven company in the veterinary industry to find an exceptional Head of Marketing & Product Strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact at the intersection of marketing, product, and digital strategy.
You will join an established and growing ed-tech business, headquartered in Liverpool, and will be responsible for leading their marketing initiatives, aligning product offerings with business goals, and supporting the development team. This role will be critical in driving growth, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless integration between marketing and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Oversee product marketing, ensuring alignment with membership offerings and corporate deals
* Manage the development team to implement site improvements, feature rollouts, and product enhancements
* Lead reporting and analytics efforts to track performance and inform decision-making
* Simplify, systemise, and scale corporate products to reduce marketing time and effort
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and product strategies
* Manage corporate partnerships and sponsorships
* Drive international growth strategies and optimise SEO and PPC efforts.

* Proven experience in marketing leadership with a strong grasp of product strategy
* A track record of driving digital growth, customer engagement, and product optimisation
* Strong data and analytics mindset - proficient in GA4, Active Campaign, and Excel
* Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing specialists
* Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
