Regularly review safety standards and ensure they are integrated into training and assessment methods.
Promote and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Program Development:
Collaborate with the management team to improve training materials, ensuring they reflect the latest industry standards, regulations, and practical skills required for the job.
Continually update training programs to keep pace with changes in the industry, ensuring employees stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.

Support and mentor trainees as they transition from theory to practice, ensuring they gain confidence in performing their duties on-site.
Provide ongoing advice and assistance to employees to ensure continuous development in the workplace.
Required Skills and Experience:
Occupational Experience:
Significant experience working in the utilities sector, with a focus on tasks such as pipe laying, excavation, backfilling, and using CAT & Genny for utility detection.
A deep understanding of the daily challenges and real-world requirements of working in the utilities sector, especially on mains laying projects.
Proven ability to perform the tasks you will be training others to do, ensuring that your skills are relevant and up-to-date.
