This is a full-time position that reports directly into the General Manager and is responsible for creating an engaging environment for our members through the delivery of our exclusive fitness products such as MOVE, Personal Training, and our Group Training schedule.

Job Description
Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
* Lead national focuses & incentives like #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & in-gym challenges / events
* Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE. Leading by example in this area and supporting, and training the wider team to improve confidence and delivery
* Recruit, train & develop Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
* Ownership of group training timetables, monitoring performance, and optimising to grow engagement while delivering within budget and your own on-shift classes
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement
* Support the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit
* Deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential
* Support the General Manager and wider team with any operational tasks necessary to ensure the business operates correctly, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment, and various others
* Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
* Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whenever in the gym
* Overall accountability for equipment care, basic maintenance & logging issues through ARMs swiftly & to a high standard
* Actively engage with our Fitness Development Managers & the wider fitness manager network
Qualifications
Need to have
* Passion for health, fitness and wellness
* Level 3 fitness qualification or CIMSPA 'Practitioner' level equivalent
* Strong leadership qualities
* Experience in delivering a variety of group training modalities
* Knowledge of rising fitness trends within the industry
* Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team
* A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity
* A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills
* Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the role
* Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required
