We are currently developing our go to market plan for 2025 and beyond and therefore recruiting for a Head of Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to promote awareness of our refurbished Hotel totalling over £40 million investment. Initially this a department of one however, the possibility of career growth is strong as the team will grow and develop under the right candidate as you sell this finished product to the agency and corporate market. We will need you to be organised, a great communicator and have procative Hotel Sales expereince
The Heads of Sales position is a new role to ensure drive sales by focusing on new local and national business as well as increasing the productivity of existing accounts. Developing all market segments with the senior management team, manage the implementation of the annual, rolling Sales and Marketing strategy. The successful candidate must be willing to travel / stay away for multi appointments within a given area and time scale
Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned Hotel with Golf nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set in 185 acres of beautiful countryside, this luxury Hotel provides a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a popular venue for weddings as well
Over the last few years, the Hotel has undergone major renovations in the current 60 bedrooms and self catering lodge (additional bedrooms to come), restaurants including its 3 Rosette and Michlin rated restaurant Chartwell, residents lounge, sports bar and all public areas with further plans to redevelop and expand throughout 2025 increasing the number of Bedrooms self-contained Golf facilities, as well an opulent new Spa and Health Club with state-of-the-art facilities.

Main duties and purpose of the role:
* To deliver significant incremental revenue for total sales including Accommodation, Conferences and Events
* To develop new business opportunities within our existing accounts.
* To identify and secure new accounts to support all business areas.
* Deliver agreed sales target.
* Evaluate business potential and identify high value development accounts.
* Devise and deliver comprehensive strategic account plan for each account.
* Ensure account plan is adhered to and delivered on in timely manner through collaboration with management.
* Support up skilling of operational team in account management techniques.
