1. Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Liphook. This full-time role begins in January 2025 and involves teaching across the age and attainment range at Key Stages 3 and 4. The position is long-term with the potential to transition to a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
o Deliver high-quality teaching, helping students learn effectively, develop personally, and achieve their individual potential.
o Implement an engaging, broad, balanced, and ambitious curriculum that is accessible to all students.
o Monitor and support the progress and development of students as a teacher and, if applicable, as a form tutor.
o Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and ensuring value is added to their education.
o Actively participate in the school’s provision of extra-curricular activities.
o Seize opportunities provided by the school for professional development and personal academic growth.
o Adhere to professional duties as detailed in the Conditions of Service.
