Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Leeds city centre
Pay Rate: £13.49p/hr
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 8am-6pm
Contract Type: Temporary - 12 months
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office after the first 6-12 weeks.

Our client is recruiting now for Customer Service Administrators to support the UKs largest banking group. As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be handling complex enquiries mainly by phone for half of your week, and carrying our administrative and processing tasks for the other part of your week.
A 6 week training programme will teach you all you need to know about the wide range of products and services you will support customers with. From there you will have the freedom to work 3 days a week from home, with ongoing support and development to allow you develop in your role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking inbound calls regarding stocks and shares transfers, ensuring that all information is recorded and processed quickly and efficiently
Supporting customers with questions and queries regarding the process
Processing transfers received through inbox and postal requests
Ensuring requests are completed within the required timeframe
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Experience working in customer services, managing a high volume of calls.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to handle complex information and work to a high level of detail.
Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to use own judgement
