About The Role Come join Our Team We have an excellent opportunity for a male support worker to work alongside our client in Redditch, Worcestershire. Our client is a young lady in her 20's who lives with her family and fiancé. She enjoys aqua fit and volunteers at a charity shop, among other activities. She is looking to access the community more and will need support with day-to-day activities, growing independence skills, attending appointments, forward planning and is looking for general companionship. Due to the clients support needs the successful candidate will need to be female (though she has no personal care or medication based needs), be comfortable in water, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Combining this with the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client and build a solid, supporting relationship. Some previous brain injury experience would be ideal but is not essential, however a care background/experience is.
