Location – Central London – 5 days in the office – 8am-6pm

This super creative production agency specialising in creating high performing content across all channels globally partnering with agencies and clients to help build brands. They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and proactive person to join as their Office Manager in their beautiful Farringdon studio! The role is fully office-based and you will be required to open the office at 8am and close at 6pm.
The role in a nutshell
* You’ll be the welcoming face of the agency, opening the office in the mornings, answering the phone, looking after clients and visitors, including models and shoot attendees, as well as managing courier pickups and deliveries
* Ensure that the office looks its best, the fridges and kitchen are fully stocked and ready for the day
* You’ll take ownership of the studio space, making sure that this is always looking its best and ready to go for any booked in shoots
* Organise catering for all internal and external meetings and photography shoots
* Support with planning and coordinating company events and socials as well as ordering gifts and flowers for special occasions
* Book couriers, order samples and kit as well as lunches and refreshments for shoots
* Book and coordinate travel and accommodation where needed
* Ensure the agency are meeting their office sustainability objectives by continued recycling and be keen to introduce further initiatives
* Prepare pre-audit work for ISO & Ecovadis (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety)
* Send out pre-audit work to teams in advance of the audit date. Answer queries as required and keep good records. You’ll also assist the team's Auditors with live audits, both on-site and virtually.
* Support the IT and operations team with day-to-day management of the office including, managing safety logs, opening post, allocating receipts for purchases, ordering stationery and supplies as needed for both onsite and offsite teams
* Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT
* Overseeing building projects, renovations and seating plans
* Coordinating maintenance of the office, managing various contractors, including cleaning providers to ensure the office is clean, functioning and compliant with health & safety
* Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date and that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficient requirements
* Managing desk assessments
* First aider and fire marshall for the building, training will be provided.
