Your new companyHays are working with a successful business in Telford who are looking for an experienced part-time Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The role is for 24 hours per week, ideally over 4 days (but flexible). Your new roleYou will be working within the HR and Payroll team and your duties will include:
* Payroll for 250 monthly paid employees using a time & attendance system
* Processing payroll and resolving any queries
* Pensions administration
* Processing starters and leavers information
* Reporting and analysis
* SSP and SMP
* Assisting with audits
What you'll need to succeedYou should be experienced in Payroll, organised, methodical and self-motivated. You should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate well and work within a small, friendly team. Sage experience would be an advantage.
